Teen arrested, woman injured in Mesa gun-sale shooting

A private firearm sale in the parking lot of a Bass Pro Shops in Mesa, Arizona, turned violent Thursday afternoon, leaving the woman selling the gun hospitalized with a gunshot wound. Police detained a man and a 16-year-old at the scene; the teenager was booked on nine charges, including armed robbery, aggravated assault, firearm theft and misconduct involving weapons. Charges against the woman are pending, and authorities have not said whether the man will face charges.
