Texas A&M aims to snap road skid at No. 13 Alabama

Texas A&M heads to Tuscaloosa to face No. 13 Alabama in an SEC matchup, seeking to build on a 41-0 win over The Citadel and snap a three-game road losing streak in SEC play. Coach Mike Elko says the Aggies must start quickly, protect the ball and respond to momentum swings in a hostile environment. Alabama, meanwhile, is looking to rebound from a loss to Tennessee in which it scored 10 points and was shut out in the second half for a second straight game. Offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb has taken responsibility for the struggles and says the Tide need to better protect freshman quarterback Keelon Russell and get the ball to playmakers. Kickoff is scheduled for Oct. 24 at 2:30 p.m. CT in Bryant-Denny Stadium.
