They Might Be Giants plan six-city 2027 tour
They Might Be Giants have extended their Bigger Show Tour into 2027 with new West Coast dates in San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Portland, Boise and Seattle. The run starts with three nights at San Francisco’s Fillmore on March 5–7, followed by two-night engagements in San Diego and Los Angeles, three Portland shows, a Boise date and four nights in Seattle. The Los Angeles concerts are set for March 12–13 at the Orpheum Theatre and are described as the band’s only area appearances next year. The eight-piece touring lineup, including a three-piece horn section, will perform two sets with no opening act; the first set will spotlight a different album each night, and the second will span the group’s catalog. The dates follow the release of the band’s 2026 album The World Is to Dig, its first full-length since 2021’s BOOK; presales begin October 29 or 28, depending on the announced presale, with general sales starting October 30.
