Three Men Arrested in Cases Involving Children

Raul Deleon, 30, of Waterbury, Connecticut, was arrested after an investigation into allegations that he sexually assaulted a minor repeatedly over several years. He faces multiple sexual assault, illegal-contact-with-a-minor and risk-of-injury charges, along with additional charges stemming from his arrest, including drug possession with intent to sell and driving without a license.
