Three Men Face CSAM Charges Across Two States

Carmelo Flores, 52, was arrested in Springfield, Massachusetts, after a months-long investigation into suspected child sexual abuse material linked to a local address. Police said the investigation began with a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and involved several local and state law enforcement agencies. Flores was charged with distribution and possession of child sexual abuse material, pleaded not guilty, and was ordered held on $5,000 cash bail pending a pretrial hearing.
