Toledano Completes $73 Million Southwest Apartment Sales

Sorrento Property Group founder Raphael Toledano has completed three multifamily property sales totaling $73 million: a 98-unit Albuquerque portfolio for $10 million, Tucson’s 325-unit Avani North for $31.5 million, and Houston’s 324-unit Holly View Apartments for $31.5 million. Tower 16 Capital Partners bought Avani North, and Accel Equity Group acquired Holly View; the Albuquerque buyers were not identified in the reports. Toledano described the transactions as part of a portfolio strategy centered on active ownership, targeted improvements and resident experience, while directing capital and management attention toward properties that fit the firm’s priorities.
