Toll Brothers Announces Expansion Across Nine States
Toll Brothers is expanding its luxury-home portfolio across several U.S. markets, with projects ranging from a gated estate community in Rocklin, California, to a 55-plus resort-style development in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. Montreo in Rocklin will have 51 homes of 4,000 to 4,600 square feet, with sales expected to begin in early 2027; Regency at Lake Hills will offer homes from the mid-$400,000s and extensive amenities, with sales anticipated in summer 2027. In Doylestown, Pennsylvania, the builder has opened sales for 280 North, an 18-townhome development priced from $1 million, near downtown and local parks. The projects are part of a broader expansion that includes new communities and development activity in multiple states, including a Washington joint venture focused on higher-end master-planned housing.
