Toll Brothers Expands Across Four Communities, Three States
Toll Brothers is expanding its luxury-home portfolio with new communities and sales launches across California, Florida and New Jersey. In Northern California, the Hillside and Crestview collections at Toll Brothers at Bickford in Placer County are now open, offering single- and two-story homes priced from the mid-$900,000s to $1.3 million, while the community’s Ridgeline collection enters its final phase. The builder has also broken ground on a gated community at Babcock Ranch, Florida, featuring one- and two-story homes, lake-view sites, private amenities and access to the master-planned development’s resort-style facilities. In New Jersey, City Living and Daiwa House unveiled the first model residence at Vista Pointe at Port Imperial, a waterfront condominium community with Hudson River and Manhattan skyline views and extensive indoor and outdoor amenities. Toll Brothers also opened sales for Toll Brothers at Redondo Beach, a 43-unit townhome community near the harbor and pier, with three-story residences priced from $2 million and model homes expected in early 2027.
