In Charlotte, North Carolina, the builder is preparing the River Point Collection, a new series of luxury townhomes expected to open for sale in early 2027 with three-bedroom plans, resort-style amenities, and pricing from the upper $400,000s. At Ingram Dunes in the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina, only one four-bedroom, 2,885-square-foot home remains, listed at $599,000. In Camas, Washington, Toll Brothers is offering the final move-in-ready home at Lacamas Hills, a three-bedroom, 1,900-plus-square-foot residence in the Powell Collection priced at $889,000 and backed by a greenbelt. The communities emphasize low-maintenance or resort-style living, access to outdoor recreation, and proximity to shopping, dining, beaches, parks, or urban amenities.
