Sonoma-SFO Bus Plans Eight Daily Airside Trips
Landline will launch its “Straight to Gate” coach service between Sonoma County Airport and San Francisco International Airport on November 17, offering eight daily round trips. Adult one-way fares start at $55, and children 15 and younger ride free with a paying adult. Eligible passengers can check in, drop bags and clear TSA screening in Santa Rosa, then ride to SFO’s secure area without another security check; checked luggage will be transferred to connecting flights. The service initially connects with flights on United, Alaska, Hawaiian and JetBlue, while American is included in some reports but not definitively confirmed; Landline plans to add airline partners. The trip takes a little over two hours depending on traffic, and returning passengers must collect their checked bags at SFO before boarding the coach north.
