Tripadvisor CEO Matt Goldberg will leave the company’s leadership and board on February 16, 2027, remaining in the role until then to support the transition. CFO Michael Noonan plans to resign effective December 31, 2026, to pursue another opportunity, and Chief Strategy and Operations Officer Kristen Dalton will become interim CFO on January 1, 2027. The board is working with an executive search firm to find a permanent CEO; the company said the departures are not related to disagreements over its operations, policies or practices.
