President Donald Trump spent the weekend at his Doonbeg, Ireland, resort watching the Irish Open, where Shane Lowry held a four-stroke lead heading into the final round. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said golf is one of Trump’s primary forms of recreation, alongside his interest in building.
