Two Savannah Felons Sentenced in Federal Gun Cases
Two Savannah men convicted of illegally possessing firearms have been sentenced to federal prison. Baheem Frazier, 33, received 105 months in prison and three years of supervised release after pleading guilty; investigators linked him by DNA to a pistol recovered after he fled a police traffic stop in February 2025. Daminason Jackson, 32, was sentenced to 57 months in prison, a $1,500 fine and three years of supervised release after fleeing a traffic stop on foot in May 2025; officers found a pistol on him and ammunition, marijuana, a ski mask and gloves in his vehicle. Both men had prior felony convictions that barred them from possessing firearms.
