Spartanburg police seek shooter after two teens killed on Halloween

Two teenagers, ages 15 and 17, were killed in a shooting late Halloween night in the parking lot of a Cook Out restaurant in Spartanburg, South Carolina. A third person suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police Chief Art Littlejohn said the young people gathered there after Halloween were not troublemakers and called the shooting an act of irresponsibility. Investigators have not identified or arrested a suspect and are asking anyone with information to contact police.
