One person was injured and taken to a hospital after a septic pumping truck overturned several times in a wooded area along Southborough Road in Florence County, South Carolina. The rollover damaged a fire hydrant and prompted a hazardous-materials response because officials were concerned the truck’s tank might be leaking, but responders found no spill and declared the scene safe. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
