United Opens Houston Concourse, Americas’ Largest Airline Club
United has opened the three-level, 765,000-square-foot Terminal B North Concourse at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport, adding 22 mainline gates with jet bridges as part of a $2.6 billion Terminal B transformation. Its centerpiece is a 54,000-square-foot United Club with room for 800 guests, an outdoor terrace and airfield views; the concourse also offers new restaurants, shops and passenger amenities. The broader project includes South Concourse upgrades for larger regional aircraft, expanded baggage handling and improved curbside, roadway and terminal connections, bringing Terminal B to 48 gates. The investment strengthens Houston as a major United hub, including a key connection point for travel to Latin America and the Caribbean.
