UPS Beats Estimates With $22.9 Billion Revenue and Raises Guidance

UPS reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $22.9 billion, up 4.5%, and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.69; GAAP diluted earnings per share were $1.37, including charges tied to transformation costs and a Supply Chain Solutions goodwill impairment, partly offset by an asset-sale gain. CEO Carol Tomé cited premium growth and improved network efficiency and said UPS was raising its fourth-quarter and full-year financial guidance as it headed into the holiday shipping season. Results exceeded the pre-report outlook cited by analysts, who had expected $22.28 billion in revenue and $1.62 in earnings per share. Before the release, investors were also watching the sustainability of UPS’s dividend amid a high payout ratio and the company’s shift toward higher-margin business.
