US Court Rejects Request for Evidence from President Tinubu
The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia rejected Aaron Greenspan’s request for limited discovery from Nigerian President Bola Tinubu and DCI Group, finding that allegations of cyberattacks on Greenspan’s website were not sufficiently relevant to his FOIA case involving the FBI and DEA. The court also denied Greenspan’s motion for summary judgment and request for judicial notice, as well as nonparty Karl Von Batten’s bid to file an amicus brief. The underlying FOIA litigation remains ongoing.
