Veterinary clinics and expansions planned in Texas, Pennsylvania, Illinois and Oregon
New veterinary services are planned or expanding in several communities. Petfolk is building a Webster, Texas, clinic offering primary, urgent and specialty services, with construction expected to finish in December; an opening date has not been announced. UrgentVet plans to open a Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, pet urgent-care clinic next year, equipped for diagnostics and treatment and open evenings, weekends and holidays. In Murphysboro, Illinois, Wright-Way Rescue is expanding its veterinary center to add exam rooms, surgical and dental suites, and critical-care space, while raising funds to complete construction and equip the facility. The Oregon Humane Society also plans to launch a mobile clinic around Salem next summer, bringing preventive care, including spay and neuter services, to underserved communities.
