Baker learns the truth after thinking Uber driver stole 400 cinnamon rolls
The case of an Uber courier accused of disappearing with thousands of dollars' worth of cinnamon rolls in South Florida has taken a turn. Julie Pierre, founder of South Florida-based viral bakery business Roll and Dough, initially believed the driver she hired to deliver 400 cinnamon rolls to a farmers' market took off with the pastries after they never made it to their destination on Saturday. The 21-year-old took to social media on Thursday to say that she finally got the real story. #socialmedia #bakery #uber #viral #florida NBC 6 on Instagram: @NBC6 | www.instagram.com/nbc6 NBC 6 on Facebook: www.facebook.com/nbc6southflorida NBC 6 on TikTok: @NBCsouthflorida | www.tiktok.com/@nbcsouthflorida Get breaking news, First Alert weather updates, plus live cameras from NBC 6 South Florida.
