Virginia Beach footage shows delivery worker throw package at cat

Ring camera footage in Virginia Beach appears to show a GOFO delivery worker throwing a package at Opie, a cat resting on his owner’s porch, then smirking. The owner, Isabell Sump, said Opie was not bothering the worker and reported that the cat was limping and skittish the following day. The worker has not been publicly identified, and reports differ on whether authorities have been formally contacted; Sump says she plans to pursue charges once the driver is identified. GOFO told Sump it is investigating the incident.
