High school volleyball teams post non-league and district wins

Indian Trail defeated Waukesha South 2-0 in a non-league boys’ volleyball match, while Olathe South and Resurrection also earned 2-0 non-league wins over Northside and Francis W. Parker, respectively. In Laredo-area girls’ volleyball, Cigarroa beat Winn in four sets to remain undefeated in District 28-5A, Alexander swept LBJ and United swept Del Rio in District 30-6A, and the Panthers edged Southwest in five sets. The Laredo scoreboard also reported district wins by the Tigers over Southside and Medina Valley over the Mustangs.
