Walmart Revives $35 Holiday Meal Basket at Lowest Price Since 2022

Walmart has brought back its Holiday Meal Basket for $35, or about $3.50 per person for a meal serving up to 10 people—the program’s lowest price since it began in 2022. The 26-item assortment includes a Butterball turkey and ingredients for traditional sides and dessert, including stuffing, casseroles, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie. Walmart says the basket has 18% more items than last year and costs 12% less than buying the same items a year ago, as shoppers contend with holiday expenses and retailers compete on value. It is available in stores and online through Dec. 24, 2026.
