The forecasts point to unsettled weather across several regions, with showers and possible thunderstorms expected around western and southern areas, including parts of Texas and Arizona, from Friday into the weekend. A flood watch is also mentioned in the Texas forecast. Higher-elevation areas in Nevada face periods of rain and snow, with snow levels varying by location and precipitation most likely Friday and Saturday. Montana forecasts call for a change from sunny, mild conditions Thursday to rain and snow showers Sunday into Monday, with possible accumulations and cooler temperatures.
