Phoenix crews rescue six from four flood-trapped cars

Firefighters rescued six people from four vehicles trapped in a flooded wash near 40th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix on Oct. 30. Crews used a shallow-water entry technique, and all six people were assessed at the scene but declined hospital transport. The rescue came as storms brought heavy rain and flood concerns to the Phoenix area.
