Data Ranks Coldest Novembers Since 1895 in Ten States

A series of Stacker reports ranks the coldest Novembers recorded since 1895 in Washington, Wisconsin, Virginia, West Virginia, Wyoming, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Missouri and Kansas. Using data from the National Centers for Environmental Information, each state’s ranking is based on monthly average temperature. The reports also provide state-level monthly highs and lows and total precipitation for the coldest Novembers identified.
