Wisconsin Crash Kills Passenger

The Lincoln County, Maine, Sheriff’s Office reported 472 calls for service from Oct. 13 to 27, bringing its year-to-date total to 11,183; reported arrests included charges involving drug possession and violation of release conditions, and a fugitive warrant. In Wisconsin, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office described a Sept. 29 crash in which a passenger died after a vehicle failed to stop at an intersection and was struck by another vehicle. The office also reported a roadside family dispute that turned physical, after which a man allegedly drove off with his grandchild in the vehicle and resisted arrest when officers located him.
