Wisconsin Early In-Person Voting to Begin Oct. 20 by Municipality
Wisconsin voters can cast ballots in the Nov. 3 general election, with early in-person voting beginning Oct. 20 and locations and hours set by each municipality. Milwaukee residents may use any of the city’s early-voting sites; statewide, voters can consult MyVote Wisconsin or their municipal clerk to find where and when to vote. Key Milwaukee deadlines include Oct. 29 to request an absentee ballot and Oct. 30 to register in person, while eligible voters may also register at their polling place on Election Day. Voters must show an acceptable photo ID for in-person absentee voting, and local ballots include varied school and municipal referendums as well as three proposed statewide constitutional amendments. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day.
