Women Face DUI Charges Across Five U.S. Locations
Authorities in several states reported DUI-related arrests and charges, ranging from routine traffic stops to a fatal crash. In Nashville, Tonnia Rucker faces charges after investigators said she was intoxicated when her vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic in October 2025, killing four teenagers. In Auburn, Kentucky, Jaska Nealy is accused of driving under the influence and leaving a crash scene after an SUV struck mailboxes; she also faces five counts of wanton endangerment because minors were passengers. Other reports describe DUI arrests in Loveland, Colorado, and North Kingstown, Rhode Island, while a 71-year-old woman in Lafayette County, Mississippi, was charged with a fourth or subsequent DUI. The allegations have not been proven in court.
