Women sue Epstein estate over childhood images in photo collection

Two women have filed a proposed federal class-action lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, seeking millions of dollars for more than 40 people whose childhood images allegedly appeared in his collection of child sexual abuse material. One plaintiff, Jane Doe, says partially nude photographs taken of her at age 12 were stolen and retained by Epstein, while the other, identified as Amy, believes images of her have circulated in illicit collections for decades. The lawsuit names estate co-executors Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn as defendants and alleges that Epstein and associates collected, possessed, produced or distributed sexualized images of minors. The plaintiffs also want a court-supervised process to identify and notify people depicted in the files and require the estate to preserve and document the collection. They say law enforcement failed to act on earlier reports and that survivors deserve accountability and the opportunity to determine whether their images were misused.
