Wonder Plans Three-State Restaurant Expansion for 2027

Wonder, a food hall-style restaurant that lets customers order dishes from multiple restaurant and chef-branded menus in one transaction, is expanding across several markets. In Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, it plans to open a 3,940-square-foot location at North Chambersburg Village Center in spring 2027, adding to its growing presence in central Pennsylvania. In Princeton, New Jersey, Wonder is expected to open at MarketFair in the second half of 2027, with six restaurant concepts and an emphasis on takeout and delivery. The company also plans a Baltimore location in Locust Point, at the McHenry Row complex, in February 2027; that site is expected to have limited seating and focus on takeout and delivery.
