Worcester Man Convicted of 2022 Paxton Murder
A Worcester County Superior Court jury found Christopher Fuller, 34, guilty of first-degree murder in the 2022 shooting death of Ernest Appiah, 29. Investigators said Fuller shot Appiah after the two left a Worcester adult entertainment club; Appiah’s body was found in woods in Paxton about a week later. The trial focused on whether the killing was planned: Fuller’s defense acknowledged he shot Appiah but argued the crime was no more than second-degree murder, while prosecutors contended it was intentional. The conviction carries a mandatory life sentence without parole, and Fuller is scheduled to be sentenced Oct. 27.
