Four Dead, Child Critical After Houma Stabbings

Authorities in Houma, Louisiana, are investigating a series of stabbing incidents in the Ashland Drive area that left at least four people dead and a juvenile critically injured. Deputies initially found the wounded child and later discovered multiple deceased victims inside nearby homes. The child was flown to an out-of-area hospital and remained in critical condition. The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office identified 47-year-old Kaegan Jude Solet as a person of interest and asked the public to provide information about his whereabouts, while detectives continue gathering evidence and determining what led to the attacks.
