Ozaukee County authorities are asking the public to help locate David J. Sitar, 37, suspected of driving a white work van that struck an 11-year-old boy riding a bicycle in Grafton on October 2. The boy was hospitalized in critical condition, and Sitar allegedly left the scene; investigators have recovered the van but have not located him and believe he may be in the Kenosha area. Sitar has active felony warrants related to reckless endangerment, the hit-and-run injury, and driving without a license, as well as a separate state probation and parole warrant.
