In Akron, Ashanti Jarvis was charged with aggravated murder in the May 27 shooting death of Dylante Richardson, accused of driving Carlos Shropshire Jr. to and from the scene; Shropshire was charged earlier, and investigators say surveillance-camera footage helped identify the vehicle.
