Hefei Convention Displays 10,000 Exhibits on China's Intelligent Manufacturing

The 2026 World Manufacturing Convention in Hefei, Anhui, is showcasing China’s shift toward intelligent manufacturing, with more than 900 companies presenting over 10,000 products across 70,000 square meters. Exhibits span complete industrial ecosystems, including semiconductors, new-energy vehicles, smart mining equipment, robots, unmanned systems, quantum technology, biomanufacturing and advanced optical films. The event highlights how software, data, artificial intelligence and specialized materials are becoming as important to factory competitiveness as physical infrastructure. More than 1,000 government and business representatives, including over 500 international delegates and companies from more than 50 countries and regions, are attending to explore manufacturing cooperation. Organizers have identified hundreds of potential cooperation projects, while international matchmaking events and the United Kingdom’s guest-country-of-honor role underscore the convention’s focus on global industrial collaboration.
