WWE Announces Giulia vs. Blake Monroe for Next Week’s SmackDown

WWE posted a promotional video and announcement that Giulia (@giulia0221g) and Blake Monroe (@BlakeMonroeWWE) will face each other one-on-one on the next episode of SmackDown. The post follows a heated backstage segment (featuring a hard slap) after Giulia’s loss in a Women’s Money in the Bank qualifier, with GM Nick Aldis booking the match and noting it “will happen this time” after prior delays. It is trending due to the intense physicality of the feud segment, long-building anticipation for the matchup between the two, and fan discussion around booking/outcomes.
