York Space Systems Faces Federal Securities Lawsuit

York Space Systems is facing a federal securities class-action lawsuit alleging that it failed to disclose problems with its satellite mission and payload software before launches and understated risks to contracts with the Space Development Agency. The complaint covers investors who bought shares in or traceable to the company’s January 2026 initial public offering, as well as investors who purchased securities from January 29 through May 11, 2026. The allegations emerged after a Wolfpack Research report questioned York’s software readiness and the durability of Pentagon-related contracts, contributing to a stock decline of more than 70% from its $34 IPO price to as low as $9.33. Levi & Korsinsky says investors have until October 30, 2026, to seek appointment as lead plaintiff, while the allegations remain unproven.
