A newly released federal document has reignited scrutiny around the late Jeffrey Epstein and his inner circle, outlining disturbing claims made by a woman who alleged she was repeatedly abused during the 1990s and 2000s.

According to the New York Post, the document, an FBI intake form dated July 2019 and released by the U.S. Department of Justice, contains unsubstantiated allegations involving several high-profile figures.

Among the names mentioned are disgraced film producer Harvey Weinstein and rapper Jay-Z, whose given name is Shawn Carter.

According to the document, the woman — whose identity was redacted — told authorities she was abducted from her home in 1996 by an unknown individual. She claimed she later regained consciousness in what she believed to be Jeffrey Epstein’s mansion in Florida.

The woman alleged that when she awoke, Weinstein and Carter were present.

“She later awoke in the presence of Harvey Weinstein and Shawn Carter (Jay-Z) while Weinstein had inserted his fingers into [redacted],” the document states.

The intake form notes that the woman believed she was in Epstein’s Florida residence at the time.

“[Redacted] believed she was in Epstein’s mansion in Florida,” the document continued.

She further told authorities that she estimated being abducted on seven separate occasions, each time waking up in what she described as “an opulent indoor setting.”

The woman claimed she suffered sexual abuse on multiple occasions and alleged that Epstein participated in some of those encounters.

According to the document, the woman said she had no permanent address and moved between hotels during that period of her life.

Should the allegations regarding Jay-Z and Weinstein be further investigated?

The allegations extended beyond the 1990s. The woman also claimed she was assaulted in 2007 at a party attended by Weinstein and rapper Pusha T, according to the intake form.

None of the individuals named — including Jay-Z, Weinstein, or Pusha T — have been charged in connection with any Epstein-related offenses.

Weinstein is currently incarcerated, serving a sentence related to a separate sexual assault conviction.

The document also states that the woman recalled billionaire Leon Black and then–Attorney General William Barr being present during some of the alleged abuse.

Barr served as United States Attorney General during President Donald Trump’s first term.

Neither Black nor Barr has been charged with wrongdoing in connection to Epstein.

The woman told authorities she believed she was drugged during each incident, which she said clouded her memory.

She also claimed she felt she was under surveillance and stalked at the direction of those involved, according to the document.

While the allegations remain unverified, the fallout appears to be spreading beyond the legal sphere.

Several high-profile figures reportedly unfollowed Jay-Z on Instagram following the document’s release, according to the @PopPulse X account.

Those accounts reportedly included Tina Knowles, Rihanna, and Kim Kardashian.
