Rep. Ilhan Omar made her first public appearance since federal agents raided her Washington, D.C., home, using a campaign video Tuesday night to thank supporters and ask them for more financial help.
Omar, D-Minn., appeared in a selfie video recorded from the back seat of a moving vehicle, according to Fox News.
Wearing a blue campaign shirt, she thanked people who had sent messages and donations following the raid.
"Hi everyone, Ilhan here," Omar said. "I just wanted to say thank you so much for the support, to everyone who sent a note of support, for everyone who sent $5, $10, $20."
The congresswoman did not discuss the details of the federal investigation in the video. Instead, she accused President Donald Trump and his administration of attempting to intimidate her and others ahead of the midterm elections.
"We know that they're running scared," Omar said. "We're not going to be intimidated. We're not going to be silenced. We're not going to be scared."
Omar's home was searched by Homeland Security Investigations last Monday as part of an investigation into potential immigration fraud. Authorities are examining allegations that Omar or her father may have provided false information on paperwork connected to her citizenship.
Border czar Tom Homan has said Omar could face denaturalization if the allegations are proven. Trump also addressed the matter Tuesday, saying Omar could face prison if the allegations are substantiated.
"Well, she could be. She could also go to jail," Trump said from the Oval Office, while also criticizing Omar personally.
Omar's Tuesday video marked a change from her public response immediately after the raid, when she issued written statements on social media. She had not been publicly seen since federal agents searched her residence.
The congresswoman also used the video to say she plans to return to campaigning as the midterms approach. She said she intends to work with supporters to elect Democrats and hold the Trump administration accountable.
"I'll be out there campaigning alongside all of you," Omar said.
She is scheduled to appear in Minneapolis on Monday for a live show with streamer Hasan Piker.
Omar's whereabouts since the search remain unclear. Her husband, Tim Mynett, has been seen outside the home, while a campaign aide and Omar's daughters have also been seen arriving at the residence.
Omar's sister, Sahra Noor, is in the United States on a book tour and spoke with federal investigators last week, according to three sources cited by Fox News Digital.
