Espresso Martini runs again after Happy Doggo team nurses her from poisoning

Niall Harbison of Happy Doggo took in Espresso Martini after she arrived unable to stand or support any weight.

Four days of tests later, follow-up x-rays revealed a broken rib from a physical impact of some sort. Her brain and other functions were working very well. Daily progress brought hope, with lots more rest still required.

"Myself and the team have been working flat out on Espresso Martini for 3 weeks since she got poisoned and lost all power in her body. I have to say I started doubting. I was wrong. Look at her at the end here. She's UP again!!!" Niall said.

"I was so happy to see Espresso Martini take a huge stride forward today. It's been a very hard week for her with immense pain and suffering but to see her today she is like a different dog," he said.

Two months after the poisoning Espresso Martini was back running and going to a new home. "Espresso Martini was poisoned and left for dead. We've been working very hard and today she is back running. Unbelievable scenes!" he posted. "Little Espresso Martini nearly lost her life but look at her now. Love always wins over hate ❤️"
