President Donald Trump has continued his war against Fox News by saying the network is “trying too hard to be Politically Correct” by “defending Dumocrats.”
Trump started Monday with a Truth Social post
“Fox spends more time defending Dumocrats, and putting on their views versus their Republican opponent, than at any time in the History of FoxNews,” Trump wrote. “It’s ridiculous! FoxNews is trying too hard to be Politically Correct!”
Trump then suggested his followers tune in to the Right Side Broadcasting Network, a far-right streaming outlet, to watch his latest rally later Monday evening in Kansas.
“Watch my big Kansas Rally today on RSBN,” Trump said. “Great early coverage!”
It was not immediately clear what set off this rant. However, “Fox & Friends” host Brian Kilmeade opened the 7 a.m. hour talking about Maine Senate candidate Troy Jackson (D) doubling down on his “shut up” remark to incumbent Susan Collins (R).
This latest outburst against Fox News continues the current trend this month.
On Oct. 4, the president went after the network for not covering his red state rallies.
He also attacked Jessica Tarlov, one of Fox’s only left-leaning voices, and scolded them for letting Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed (D) “talk, talk, talk.”
