Trump Blasts Kaitlan Collins in Midnight Rant

President Donald Trump has diagnosed CNN anchor Kaitlan Collins with having a full-blown “addiction” to him.

The president took to Truth Social late  Tuesday night, calling Collins a “truly unhappy person” who is a third rate “reporter.”

“All of the SLEAZEBAGS, like Third Rate ‘Reporter,’ Kaitlan Collins, of Fake News CNN, a truly unhappy person, said they weren’t going to be covering me. Then why were they ranting and raving like Lunatics, in the Press Area, at the United Nations? Why was she there?” Trump wrote.

“She’s got a ‘TRUMP’ addiction, and so does CNN and MSDNC. They’re all sick, treasonous, and demented! The ‘good news’ is that they have a great, for them, and totally disloyal Judge. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” he continued.

The president was clearly still agitated by what happened 13 hours earlier, when Collins was among the horde of reporters shouting questions at him as soon as he walked into the United Nations headquarters.

Earlier Tuesday, Trump called out CNN, saying they should not be there. Trump banned CNN, as well as MS NOW and Politico, last from covering the White House.

“I’m surprised that CNN is here covering me. You shouldn’t be here!” Trump said.

“The United Nations allowed us in, sir,” Collins said.

“You should not be here covering me,” Trump continued. “You said you weren’t going to cover me, you shouldn’t be covering me.”

CNN did not cover Trump’s UN speech while it happened.

Instead of airing the speech live, Wolf Blitzer said CNN would show any “newsworthy moments” that came up.

The channel played a brief clip of Trump talking about the Iran war at 11:08 a.m. ET after he walked off stage.
