Plane Lady Talks Viral Moment When She Called Passenger 'Not Real'

Share

Tiffany Gomas, the woman who went on a bizarre tirade on a plane and was caught on video, opened up about the moment that made her an internet sensation.

On Thursday, Gomas, 38, appeared on “Jesse Watters Primetime” and recalled the incident in Dallas, Texas, when she accused one of the passengers on the plane of being “not real.”

“Now, I’m able to laugh at it,” she told Watters after going into hiding. “Not at the situation itself, just at myself.”

She added, “It’s an insane situation to be in. Not a proud moment whatsoever.”

According to Fox News, despite theories she may have seen paranormal activity, Gomas denied she saw anything.

“I wish I did. It would have been a way better story,” she added.

Gomas further explained what caused her reaction in the video which gained 18.3 million views on TikTok.

She shared:

“The language — I’ve been working on that. I was talking to a specific person that I had an altercation with. It was just a figure of speech. Not a good one, you know, but when you’re worked up, and you’re spiraling out of control, you’re not really thinking your words clearly through.”

Furthermore, Gomas emphasized she couldn’t “legally” go into detail about what happened, but did reveal the “altercation” with the unidentified man made her “really uncomfortable” which prompted her to “depart the plane.”

In the video posted by TikTok user Juan Franqui on July 2, Gomas appeared visibly upset and was screaming, “Everyone can believe it or they cannot believe it. I don’t give two f***s, but I am telling you, right now, that motherf***er … That motherf***er right there is not real.”

Before exiting the plane, she continued, “And you can sit on this plane and f***ing die with them or not. I’m not going to.”
