The 74-year-old former Miramax boss has repeatedly appeared frail throughout his various court appearances, often arriving in a wheelchair.

Weinstein was previously convicted in 2020 in connection with Mann’s allegations, but that verdict was later overturned, leading to a retrial that ended in a hung jury.
