On the eve of being sworn in as the 47th president of the United States, President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to act with “historic speed” to get America back on track.

According to Fox News, during Trump’s inauguration eve rally in Washington D.C.’s Capitol One Arena, Trump said America will going back to be first again.

“We put America first, and it all starts tomorrow,” Trump told supporters, “We begin a brand-new day of American strength and prosperity, dignity and pride.”

The inauguration ceremony is due to take place just before noon in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda, Monday. Trump will reportedly be calling for a “revolution of common sense,” according to prepared remarks of his first address sent to Fox News.

“I return to the presidency confident and optimistic that we are at the start of a thrilling new era of national success. A tide of change is sweeping the country,” Trump is reportedly to expected to say, “My message to Americans today is that it is time for us to once again act with courage, vigor, and the vitality of history’s greatest civilization.”

Trump is further expected to declare the beginning of the complete restoration of the U.S.

“Today, I will sign a series of historic executive orders. With these actions, we will begin the complete restoration of America and the revolution of common sense,” Trump is expected to say.

During his inauguration eve rally, Trump vowed to act with “historic speed” and noted everyone will see a flurry of executive orders that will make Americans “extremely happy.”

“I will act with historic speed and strength and fix every single crisis facing our country,” Trump said, “You’re going to see executive orders that are going to make you extremely happy, lots of them, lots. We have to set our country on the proper course.”

Trump further vowed to end the Biden administration’s “war on American energy.”

“By the time the sun sets tomorrow evening, the invasion of our borders will have come to a halt and all the illegal border trespassers will, in some form or another, be on their way back home,” Trump said. “We’re going to end the Biden war on American energy and unleash our energy resources to quickly defeat inflation and achieve the lowest cost of energy and electricity on Earth.”

A senior administration official told Fox News Digital that Trump will be ending several Biden administration policies from day one, including the “catch and release” of undocumented illegal aliens, pausing offshore wind leases, terminating the electric car mandate and the Green New Deal, and withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord.
