Twitter says President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign shared a video of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden that was manipulated.
On Monday afternoon, the Trump campaign cut out a portion of Biden’s speech to make it appear as though he said, “You won’t be safe in Joe Biden’s America!”
That was a three-second clip that was taken out of context of the original speech.
To all the triggered journalists who can't take a joke about their candidate, it's not our fault Joe Biden was dumb enough to say this on camera.

In a separate tweet, the campaign said, “To all the triggered journalists who can’t take a joke about their candidate, it’s not our fault Joe Biden was dumb enough to say this on camera.”
Still, Twitter added a warning that said the video was “manipulated media.”
Biden accused Trump of lacking an agenda and trying to use scare tactics as a campaign strategy, as IJR reported.
During his speech, Biden said, “And since they have no agenda or vision for a second term, Trump and Pence are running on this: ‘You won’t be safe in Joe Biden’s America.”

“And what’s their proof? The violence you’re seeing in Donald Trump’s America. These are not images from some imagined ‘Joe Biden’s America’ in the future. These are images from Donald Trump’s America today,” he added.
Biden went on to claim that “Donald Trump looks at this violence and sees a political lifeline” and is “trying to scare America.”
