JoJo Siwa Slams Candace Cameron Bure Over ‘Traditional Marriage’ Comments

Influencer 🎤JoJo Siwa called out actress Candace Cameron Bure over her comments on “traditional marriage.”

On Thursday, Siwa, 20, appeared on actor Nick Viall’s podcast “Viall Files” and explained why she took issue with Bure’s statements.

“It was that she to do a movie about that to put down LGBTQIA and that she was going to specifically make movies that had no representation of LGBTQIA,” she said.

Siwa, who is a part of the 🏳️‍🌈LGBTcommunity, added, “It’s fine if you are doing it because it’s just your movie’s storyline and it’s just it is what it is… like not everything needs to be gay essentially.”

However, she further explained excluding same-sex couples from movies shouldn’t be done “out of spite.”

“To say that, ‘Too much is about LGBTQIA. You guys suck and I want to make a movie about traditional marriage and you’re not traditional,’ that got to me a little bit,” she continued.

Siwa said hearing Cameron’s comments made her realize that they were “never going to agree” and they were “never going to be friends” “get along.”
