Former Arizona Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake slammed Maricopa County election officials, calling them âcrooks.â
Lake made the criticism during Turning Point USAâs America Fest over the weekend.
âOn Nov. 8, they committed highway robbery,â Lake said.
Taking aim at the election officials, Lake added, âThese people are crooks, they need to be locked up.â
Her comment received cheers from the crowd.
She went on to make a joke about pronouns, saying, âI know that right now we can identify as anything we want to identify as. But, I want you to know that I identify as a proud election denying deplorable.â
The Republican continued, âAnd my pronouns are I/Won.â
The crowd began chanting her name over and over again.

Last month, Lake lost her race to Democrat Katie Hobbs.
Former President Donald Trump offered his support to Lake following the election, saying she should be âinstalledâ as governor, IJR reported.
âMassive numbers of âBROKENâ voting machines in Republican Districts on Election Day. Mechanics sent in to âFIXâ them made them worse. Kari had to be taken to a Democrat area, which was working perfectly, to vote. Her opponent ran the Election,â Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.
He added, âThis is yet another criminal voting operation â SO OBVIOUS. Kari Lake should be installed Governor of Arizona. This is almost as bad as the 2020 Presidential Election, which the Unselect Committee refuses to touch because they know it was Fraudulent!â
During an appearance on âReal Americaâs Voiceâ last month, Lake made it clear she was not giving up and appeared confident in the lawsuit her campaign filed after the election.
âI have not given up one scintilla of the fight I have in me,â she said. âSomebody said, âKari, youâre fearless.ââ
She continued, âI guess Iâm fearless right now, in this difficult time, because what I fear most of all is what happens if we donât step forward and act with courage right now. What weâre left with. We will have a shell of our country.â
Issuing a warning about her election defeat, Lake explained, âWe look at whatâs happening in Brazil, and whatâs happening in China. Weâll be looking a lot like China. And Iâm not talking about the protests happening now, Iâm talking about weâll be enslaved by a globalist system if we donât stand up right now.â
