Reporter Confronts Alec Baldwin on the Street: ‘Did You Really Not Pull the Trigger?’

A reporter confronted actor 🎬Alec Baldwin about the fatal shooting on the set of his movie “Rust.”

New York Post reporter Jon Levine tweeted a video of his confrontation with Baldwin outside of a home.

“NEW … I ran into 🎬Alec Baldwin on the Upper East Side,” Levine said.

He asked Baldwin, “Mr. Baldwin, I have to ask you, what brings you to New York City?”

Hilaria Baldwin held a phone and appeared to be recording the confrontation. She told Levine, “I asked you to leave.”

Levine continued, “Mr. Balwin, who’s here?” Hilaria Baldwin replied, “I asked you to go away.”

The actor began walking toward the journalist with an umbrella in his hand, adding, “You’re not allowed to photograph under somebody’s private home.”

Levine replied, “This is public property. Who’s here? Did you really not pull the trigger? Do you believe it went off without you pulling the trigger? Was it a malfunction?”

Baldwin ignored his questions and proceeded to walk into the home.

During an interview with ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos, Baldwin claimed he never pulled the trigger, as IJR reported.

“I would never point a gun at anyone or pull a trigger at them, never,” he added.
